WE'VE UPDATED OUR SYSTEM EFFECTIVE MARCH 7, 2018!

Our new platform will look different but we promise all of your favourite shows are still there! To access the new website you'll need to reset your password. Please note that your new username is the email you registered with.

If you use one of our apps you will need to delete the app and then download the new version of OUTtvGo from the app store!

HOW TO GET INTO THE NEW SYSTEM:

1) To reset your password, select “Forgot my password.”  After you enter the email address associated with your account, you will receive an email with a link that will let you reset your password. You will be able to use your current password if you wish, however we recommend that you change to a new one.

2) If you use one of our apps to access OUTtvGo then you will need to delete the old version of the OUTtvGo app and update to the new version.  After deleting, download the new version of the OUTtvGo app and follow the instructions provided.

3) Please note that starting March 2018, any charges for OUTtvGo will show up on your credit card statement from Cleeng, our new payment partner.
